Welcome to Unpasteurized — a return to what matters.
I’m Inga — a fourth-generation dairy farmer, licensed Wisconsin cheesemaker, and co-owner of St. Isidore’s Dairy. For years, I shared stories of farm life on camera. What I didn’t share was how burnout, people-pleasing, and generational pressure nearly broke me.
Unpasteurized is where I get real.
This is my space to talk about healing out loud — from family dysfunction, emotional exhaustion, and the unspoken expectations so many of us carry. It’s about learning to rest, set boundaries, feel our feelings, and build a life that actually feels like ours.
You’ll find stories from the farm, honest reflections from therapy, and tools for recovery and reconnection — all served up with some good cheese and no bullshit.
Thanks for being here. Let’s figure it out together.
